Deposit and Balance Payment: Upon confirmation of your tour booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to secure your reservation. This deposit guarantees your booking and allows us to make the necessary arrangements for your tour. The deadline for the full deposit payment will be communicated to you at the time of booking and will vary depending on the departure date and availability of services. 2. Balance Payment for Last-Minute Reservations: For reservations made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures that we can expedite the necessary arrangements and secure your tour services in a timely manner. 3. Payment Methods: We offer convenient and secure payment options to accommodate your preferences. You can choose to make payments using major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, or through bank transfer. Please note that credit card transactions will incur a transaction fee. The fee for Visa and Mastercard payments is 3% of the total payment amount. These fees should be added to the total payment amount. 4. Bank Transfer Charges/Fees: Any charges or fees associated with bank transfers, including intermediary bank fees, are the responsibility of the client. Please ensure that the full payment amount reaches us without any deductions. 5. Confirmation and Itinerary: Once we have received your payment, we will promptly issue the final confirmation itinerary. This comprehensive document will be sent to you via email and will contain all the necessary details for your tour, ensuring a smooth and organized travel experience. Cancellations made 60 days or more before the arrival date: * Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit charge will be applicable. Additionally, any cancellation fees imposed by the concerned service suppliers, such as flight companies, boat companies, trains, and hotels, will be subject to their respective cancellation policies, if applicable. 2. Cancellations made 30-59 days before the arrival date: * Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 30% per group/booking will be charged. Furthermore, any cancellation fees imposed by the concerned service suppliers will be applied based on their individual cancellation policies. 3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date or No Show: * Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 100% per group/booking will be charged. This includes the full charge for the booking. Additionally, any cancellation fees imposed by the concerned service suppliers will apply according to their respective cancellation policies. It is important to note that the cancellation fees imposed by service suppliers may vary and are subject to their specific policies. Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan. Our airport representative will be waiting for you to assist with visa procedures. The airport representative will walk you through customs and down to the luggage hall. Afterwards, meet with your driver in the arrival hall. The driver will be holding a name sign. Start your first morning in Jordan with a city tour. Visit the Citadel in Amman, with beautiful views over the city. Continue to the Roman Theatre, located in the heart of Amman for a visit. Then transfer towards the South. Drive to visit the St. George Church in Madaba with its famous mosaic map. Drive to Mt. Nebo, from where Moses viewed the Promised Land. Transfer towards Petra, time permitting you will also visit Little Petra today otherwise transfer directly to Petra for overnight, including bed & breakfast. Optional activities for today: Petra by Night (each Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening), Local Turkish Bath, Culinary & cultural experience with a local family.

Full day to explore Petra, one of the seven world wonders. Entry by Siq and visit the Treasury, Street of Facades, Theater, Colonnaded Street etc. You will have time to visit the Monastery and/or the High Place of Sacrifice today. It is a lot of climbing but worth the views! After, drive to Wadi Rum Visitors Centre. Overnight in camp, including bed and breakfast.

Before starting with the jeep tour you could decide to enjoy an hour camel ride. After start with a 2 hrs jeep tour including a freshly prepared lunch. A jeep tour is the best way to discover lots of sites in Wadi Rum. The jeep will stop at each site giving you time to walk/scramble around and maybe even climb up on some of the beautiful natural formed bridges in Wadi Rum. After that, drive via the Wadi Araba desert to the Dead Sea, lowest point on the earth’s surface. Enjoy day at the hotel. Float in the salty waters and try out the famous healing mud. Overnight at the Dead Sea, including breakfast.

2.1. Quotations are valid for a period of 3 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Prices are subject to change without notice after the validity period.

3. Inclusions and Exclusions

3.1. The quotation includes only the services and items specifically listed.

3.2. Any additional services or items not mentioned in the quotation will be charged separately.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. A deposit of 50% of the total package price is required upon acceptance of the quotation.

4.2. The remaining balance is due 40 days before the departure date.

4.3. If the booking is made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

5. Changes to Itinerary

5.1. Omniyat Tours and Travel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5.2. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
