Duration of Stay: The length of your stay is calculated in nights, considering the time allotted for transportation, including transfers, and the tour's on-site itinerary. This calculation commences from your departure time to your return time, encompassing the designated convocation time on the departure day and the arrival time on the return day.

At Omniyat Tours and Travel, we strictly follow the service guidelines established by local authorities in every destination we serve. The categorization of hotels, transportation, restaurants, and other local service providers outlined in our descriptions corresponds to the regulatory standards of each host country. It is crucial to recognize that these standards may vary from those observed in European, UK, American, and Far Eastern countries.

Pricing and Service Levels: Our quotes are formulated on standard services encompassing regular hotel accommodations, full-sized transportation, and typical dining experiences for both Tailor-Made and Ready-Made trips. Standard services denote the fundamental provisions of each service. Any enhancements or specific requirements may incur modifications to the pricing.

Transportation: Our standard vehicles include models like Kia Serrate, Hyundai Sonata, Toyota Camry, Ford Fusion, and Hyundai H-1, which are considered full-size cars in Jordan. Luxury vehicles such as Mercedes Benz E and S class, BMW 520i and 750i, and Mercedes Minivan V class are available upon request, accommodating 1-7 passengers. Medium and large buses are also available upon request, with the medium size accommodating up to 20-30 passengers and the large size accommodating up to 48 passengers.

Accommodations: Our partnerships span a variety of hotels varying in standard and cost. Our selection comprises budget-friendly economy hotels, cozy mid-range options, upscale local establishments, and sophisticated international luxury hotels. Initial quotes will be derived from the standard room category. You have the option to request an upgrade according to your room preference.

Guided Tours: In certain destinations, we offer two types of guides. The first is the accompanying private guide who stays with you for the duration of your tour, while the second is the local site guide typically found at tourist spots. Our guides are proficient in multiple languages, with English being the primary language available consistently. For other language preferences, availability may fluctuate based on the tourism season. All our guides hold licenses from the Ministry of Tourism, and we engage them based on your specific requirements.

Drivers: Our skilled drivers are fluent in English and are tasked with adhering to the scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs. Although they may possess some familiarity with tourist attractions, they do not serve as tour guides, and it is not within their role to offer detailed touristic information or guiding services.

Payment Policy:
In order to facilitate a fair and flexible payment process, we have updated our payment policy to now cater to last-minute bookings as well. Below is our revised payment policy:

Booking Deposit and Balance Payment: Upon confirming your tour reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is necessary to finalize your booking. This initial payment secures your reservation and enables us to organize all essential arrangements for your tour. The deadline for the full deposit payment will be advised to you upon booking, depending on the departure date and service availability.

Full Payment for Short-Notice Reservations: Reservations made within 60 days of the departure date mandate full payment upon booking. This policy is in place to facilitate prompt arrangements and guarantee the timely procurement of your tour services.

Payment Methods: To cater to your convenience, we present secure and user-friendly payment choices. You may opt for payment via major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard or opt for bank transfer. Kindly be aware that credit card transactions will be subject to a transaction fee. The fee for Visa and Mastercard payments is 3% of the total amount, while for American Express, it amounts to 4%. It is important to include these fees when calculating the total payment.

Bank Transfer Fees: Clients are accountable for any charges or fees related to bank transfers, inclusive of intermediary bank fees. It is imperative to ensure that the entire payment amount reaches us without any deductions.

 Payment Confirmation and Itinerary: Upon receipt of your payment, we will promptly generate and dispatch the final confirmation itinerary to you. This detailed document will be emailed to you and will encompass all essential information for your tour, guaranteeing a seamless and well-coordinated travel experience.

Cancellation Policy:

In our commitment to transparent and professional cancellation handling, we have outlined the following policy, categorized into three distinct periods:

1. Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the arrival date:
* Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit fee will apply. Moreover, any cancellation charges levied by relevant service providers, such as airlines, cruise lines, railways, and accommodations, will adhere to their individual cancellation guidelines, where applicable.

2. Cancellations made before the arrival date:
Any cancellation or reschedule made 59 -45 days  will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 20% of the total cost.
Any cancellation or reschedule made 44 - 35 days will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 35% of the total cost.
Any cancellation or reschedule made 34 - 25 days will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 60 % of the total cost..
Any cancellation or reschedule made 24 – 14  days will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 80 % of the total cost.
Any cancellation or reschedule made 13 Days – No show will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 100% of the total cost.

*As for groups:
Any cancellation or reschedule made 59 -40 days  will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 50% of the total cost.
Any cancellation or reschedule made 30 - 20 days will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 75% of the total cost.
Any cancellation or reschedule made 19 – 0 days And No Show will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 100% of the total cost
